We’ve always known that our superior quality and service stood apart from our competitors… but it is highly rewarding to know that your customers feel the same way. It keeps us motivated to keep improving and keep moving forward. Sometimes it’s frustrating when you see other businesses in this industry cut corners and create bad reputations for the industry as a whole. As we stand so far apart from the shady practices our customers really notice and become our number one means of promotion.
We have always maintained an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau… but as of 2015 we became an accredited Better Business member in strives to reach out to better improve ourselves and further distinguishing ourselves from the corner cutters.
A.P.E. begins by being loyal to our customers by performing the work exactly as we perform it on our own homes. We take the time to listen to our customers’ needs and wants. We further completely follow through with all of the work we have stipulated in the estimate. No cutting corners, no surface work. Most of the time we don’t even require a down payment or deposit. We get paid when you are fully satisfied with our work. Isn’t that the way it should be?
