They painted the exterior of our home as well as a brand new 500+ sq ft shop we're building adjacent to it. My wife and I hired Guy and his crew to paint our home after watching them work on another residence in our neighborhood. We were not disappointed! His team was thorough and proficient in every phase of the job, from power washing the house to applying the paint. In between, there was the painstaking detail of caulking every crease or seam that might be suspect for leakage and the taping and wrapping of sections of the house and yard that we didn't want overspray to contact. Guy, Jack and the others were constantly looking for problem areas that needed addressing and they gave us numerous good tips on how to improve the appearance of our house. They were spot on every time. We were updated constantly on what they were doing and what was coming up. There were no surprises or add ons to the estimate unless we asked for extra work which we did. We had them paint some high walls inside of the house and the job on that was done exceptionally well at a very reasonable cost. I can't say enough positive about this company and their product - they are super people and Guy doesn't let anything marginal get past him. My wife and I are elated with the job they did and we would definitely hire them again if we wanted an exceptional painting job done on the interior or exterior. You really can't lose with this crew.

Description of Work: The painting crew pressure washed the entire house, primed the entire house, then spent a couple of days just caulking and scraping and getting ready for the final paint. They painted the body and it is beautiful. There were three trim colors and they were lovely as well. We have been more than thrilled at the look of the job.

I had received several quotes for painting our home from painters that I selected via Angie's list. Guy, the owner of A.P.E Painting, quickly responded to my request for a quote. Several other painters took weeks to respond.. Guy's quote was competitive and he detailed out all of the work he would perform. Once I selected APE for the job I was pace on their schedule. Within a couple of weeks they first scheduled a day to pressure wash the entire home. Then over the next two weeks (we had several rain delays) the APE team caulked, primed the repainted my house. The results look great, Guy and his team are professional and easy to work with. They were very good about communicating. If I ever need to hire a painter again I will use them.

Guy did a fantastic job. He came over on Tuesday, gave me his quote and was at my house 8 am sharp 2 days later with 2 other painters. They did a perfect job. My walls look brand new! Our ceilings are 18 feet high, so this is a job that we did not want to attempt. Gus is very friendly and gives you extra pointers on home improvements and he even helped get on my roof and put moss removal on it! Great service! Highly recommend. I will be calling him in the future for more work!

Description of Work: Painted the exterior of our older and deteriorated 50 year old house, (includingi necessary repairs to many shingles and some rotted wood). Work was done to a very very high standard , with useful and careful consultations with us and a very pleasant and cordial relationship with the owner and the crew. We would certainly use this company again for any future paint jobs.

Guy is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and always professional. Both my husband and I liked him immediately when he came to give the estimate. The crew was timely and cleaned up after themselves. When I pointed out a couple minor things that needed attention, Guy took care of them himself. We will definitely hire him again for other painting needs.

Description of Work: We needed the roof cleaned and lightly power washed, as well as removing the moss and moss treatment. He and his two employees were very professional, showing up at the time set and cleaning up after themselves very well. We also had some exterior staining on our shingle accent areas on the exterior of our house and some trim color also needed some touch up work. And we had our basement rec room repainted a new color as well as 3 doors in the same room also needed a new coat of paint. They moved all the furniture and numerous books from the wall bookshelf prior to painting.

He was always on time, very early in the morning. One day he got rained out and he went home, but as soon as the sun came out, he was right back out here! The prices were the lowest and incredibly fair. He goes above and beyond your expectations. He knows what he's doing and he knows the paint. The workmanship is great and people have even complimented the paint job! He was a fabulous person and a very hard worker. I would recommend him to anybody!
